Tell us your St. Patricks day traditions! For me, my family and i will go to mass said by Father Patrick Fitzpatrick (No joke), then come home and have some corned beef and cabbage with bopiled potatoes. Afer that, its a St. Patricks day hockey tradition: the Boston Bruins and New York Rangers live from Madison Sq garden. Bought it yesterday at Madison Square Garden while attending a Ranger Game.

speaking of hot, it reached 103 degrees in new york city two days ago. i cant stand the heat, i love winter, cant wait until its 20 degrees out side

Due to the popularity of this Holiday's board, I have decided to make this board permanent rather then temporary which i said in the board description. Use this board for discussiions from Groundhog day to easter and back to christmas again including all other holidays. Also, be sure to include you family traditions.

im looking forward to dick clark's new years rockin eve in a few hours. do you guys get that out west or is that just a north eastern thing? anyway, since most active member here live out west and wont celbrate the new year until a few hours after i do, Have a Wonderful celebration and don't drink too much!

What are your new Year's Eve traditions? me and my family just stay home and eat some of those frozen appetizers and watch re-runs of the tonight show with johnny carson until 11:30 then we watch dick clark's show if it is still on this year.

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!
right now on the history channel (which they have shown for the past 5 years) is Franco Zifferelli's Masterpiece of "Jesus of Nazareth" the four part mini series. after that they do reel to real with the award winning documentary, "In the footsteps of Jesus". I have always enjoyed this on easter sunday.
