i have mentioned this on the other site and at school, on how i wrote a 30 page alamo story (not even really wanting it to get published, really). after i finished i decided to give it a try and send it to American Publishers, and when they got back to me on the outcome they said that they would be glad to publish it, however, the manuscript i sent them was too short for printing, so they agreed to publish it if i can add another 18+ pages to it. if anybody has any questions or comments please post them...

thats what ive been trying to do without making the book boring. i have been working on it all day and have narrowed it down to 11 pages needed

after they re-format the manuscript, it will look more like a book. Beside, one typed page is probably equal to 1 1/2- 2 pages in a novel.

Once it hits stores I'll pick up a copy. Unless you want to swing a free one over here, of course. ;D
Random BS and going into long, unnessecary detail is all the advice I can give you. If you skipped any sort of subplot or anecdote, you could add those.

not much, ive worked on it alot today and all day yesterday. at the rate im currently going id say by the beginning of the week.

its a long process.
1. I finish the book and proofread/edit myself 2. I send it to the 3. The read/profread/edit it 4. they send me a contract 5. i sign th contract and send it back 6. they send me the edited version 7. i make one last check and give them the ok. 8. they publish and distribute.
