To the right of the Alamo church, or to the right of the picture? If you mean to the right of the Alamo church, that's a little shed that was added by the U.S. Army. If you mean the building to the right of the illustration, that's the Low Barrack. The perspective is considerably awry and makes it appear that it is situated right next to the church, instead of in front of it. I hope that makes sense. I mean the stone building to the right in the last illustration. The one of General Twigg from Harpers. So that´s the Low Barrack? I see. Yes, considerably awry, to say the least! I thought it was a whole new building! Thanks for clearing it up, Nef...

Perfect sound effect for an Alamo diorama! While you´re looking at the soldados attacking the defenders you hear the shooting too! And maybe some light effects should be added too...

He passed away this morning, we just got the call. They said it was peaceful. Thank God! Now he´s at peace...

I´ll pray for him right now. I hope he´ll pass quickly!
My dad died from stomach cancer. He suffered greatly the last 2 weeks. As you say, Greg, it´s best to go quickly if there´s no hope anyway...

Seguin, Americans don’t use the ‘.’ To signify thousands, millions, etc. We use ‘,’ to signify that. Bromhead is agreeing with over 10 thousand percent. Aha! I see! Now I get it. I should have noticed the three digits after the comma, because if we´re talking about per cent then you only use two digits after the comma. My mistake!

Tolerance does´nt mean you have to be tolerant of everything. Then it´s not tolerance anymore but laissez-faire (anything goes). Tolerance do have boundaries. You can´t be tolerant of evil things or evil people like Hitler who would never tolerate you. Tolerance does´nt mean that anything goes. There´s always a difference between good and bad. I´m tolerant of other people´s religions, unless they´re fanatical about it like the Islamist fundamentalists who wants to rule the world with THEIR perception of Islam. People can do what they want - as long as they don´t hurt or exploit their fellow man, I think. That´s where my tolerance stops! You made a very good point Hans, i argree with you 10,231% Mike What? You only agree with me 10,231%! That´s just a bit over 10%! - So you either disagrees almost 90% - or you put the comma in the wrong place! ;D Ok, try it this way "i agree with you Ten thousand Two hundred an Thirty one percent"

That´s a funny happening! But were he arrested for real for transporting water across the state line? And if so why? Could that be illegal?
For a second I thought it was about Greg/Davy Crockett! ;D

That´s great, Greg! Did you use to be overweight? I was never overweight, per say. Rather, I wasn't so little around the middle. But now I'm actually getting thin, and people are noticing. I should be faster on my skates now... Nor me, but I too would´nt mind loosing some of that extra baggage on the middle... ;D

Nice pics! I was aboard an American aircraft carrier visiting Copenhagen in 1966. I remember it did´nt have an upwards curved landing strip as this one has. It must be a modern improvement...
