The night attack (first assault) actually looks pretty good, with those lines of soldados charging in from out of the darkness. But then, the cameraman does not cut away quick enough, leaving the viewer to realize that the Mexican army consists of but 40, or so extras. Isn't that right after Daniel Cloud gets "Married"? I can't remember the order becuase all the stupidity confuses me...

Yeah, I've often wondered where they got that red rose to toss on the "wedding bed". Remember, this was early March and still in the throes of Winter. Also, after not having bathed for almost two weeks, I reckon both Danny and Lucia must've started to smell a little ripe. Not a pretty picture.

In 13 DAYS TO GLORY, the hospital is breached twice and the same patients are killed twice.

Remember those two old bearded guys in 13 DAYS TO GLORY that almost look like twins? One of them is apparently supposed to be John MacGregor, as he is seen playing the bagpipes. Anyway, they look so much alike, that they've been affectionately dubbed Tweeldle Dee and Tweedle Dum by some Alamo buffs.
Best lines of the Tweedle Twins:
"Are we getting paid for this?" "No." "It ain't enough."

During the death of one of the tweedles, he is wounded and sitting on the ground grabbing onto a wagon (I think) when he is stabbed in the side with a bayonet which bends almost in half.

The guy playing the bagpipes was played by Gene Evans, a wonderful character actor who I swear probably was in just about every television program I've ever seen.
The other guy -- Tweedledum or Tweedledee? -- who was killed on-camera -- wasn't he swinging a tomahawk at the bad guys when the bent bayonet got him?
