I haven't even seen the first one...
My favorite pirate movie........Yellow Beard....
I've seen BLACKBEARD, but not YELLOW BEARD. What about the Errol Flynn film, CAPTAIN BLOOD? PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN---the ride and the films--- owe a lot of its ideas to this film. Try and rent it and you will see what I mean.

Actually, it just tickled my funny bone... I saw it once years ago and I have been laughing about it ever since. Sadly, it is difficult to find it in your average video store or shop.
When Yellowbeard meets his son: "She couldn't be your mother. No woman ever slept with me and lived!"
The humor in this movie is sick, stupid, clever, and wickedly funny. The movie is rough around the edges and imperfect to say the least. But so damn funny! Most people will be bored or offended by this movie. I always felt sorry for those people. For the rest of us, this is a real treat.
