ZULU just seems like it will never go away. Today, during the Tournament Of Roses Parade, the Honolulu High School Marching Band performed MEN OF HARLACH. Why? I don't know.

Next time you watch "Glory" look for James Neill (standing second from right) in the burning of Darren scene. When the 54th is marching out of the burning town, you can see James with his sword perched up on his shoulder walking along side of the troops. He has big bushy side burns And the next time you watch the directors cut of "Gettysburg" look for Mike Boyd, kneeling right, in the scene where Gen Buford sees Gen Reynolds rides up to the seminary, he (mike Boyd) is riding next to the gen and the gen asks him something like "My god how can you see out of those things" refering to his glasses.

The directors cut has an additinonal 45 minutes added and explains alot of things that the "regular" cut leaves out. When it first came out, you got an original battlefield relic, a .58 or a .69 minie ball with your purchase.

Apparently ZULU has been rereleased, judging by the new DVD cover I saw at Blockbuster the other day. It's probably the same version as previously released (THE WAYNAMO was repackaged in 2004 to cash in on the newer Alamo film) but at least some interest has been shown.
Now, I wonder how long it will take for THE ALAMO (2004) to get new cover art?

I wish they would make a decent DVD of Zulu Dawn as the one that was available is poorly transferred to DVD, that's my opinion

The Uniform Color and design is just beautiful! The British always had excellant uniforms. It just did them no good when they wanted to hide in battle.
