If it hasnt already been mentioned, Neil Young is my all-time favorite singer. I cant exlain why. Its not just his talent (he plays muliple guitars, piano, harmonica, and fiddle) but its the actualy lyrics. They're so American, if thats even a way to desribe them and many have historical basis to them. Anyway, he is going to be in concert at the United Palace Theatre in New York City so I figured I'd get tickets, there wont be many people after them, hell, half the people I know never heard of him. Low and behold all four of his shows sold out in 5 minutes! I couldnt belive it. Then they added another two shows which sold out in 3 minutes. I'm actually a bit depressed lol. The concert is promoting his new album CHROME DREAMS II which features 10 new songs (my favorite being DIRTY OLD MAN) and he sounds exactly the same as he did 30 years ago...

You should check out Neil's work with Buffalo Springfield, the predecessors to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

I dont think ive heard anything by him when he was with BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD. Most when he was by himself, with CRAZYHORSE, or CROSBY, STILLS, and NASH.
