Best wishes to Jason Blake of the Toronto Mapleleafs as he has been diagnosed with a Treatable kind of leukemia. As of right now, It will not affect his playing ability.

The guy has some kind of courage. It'll take a lot of self-control not to look ahead too much in the future, because he will have challenges ahead.

Watched him play last night and thank goodness he's young and feels like he'll make it through this. While none of the Leafs played well last night, he looked unaffected. If the meds don't affect him adversely, although I don't particularly like the Leafs, I hope he get 35-40 goals this year.
