Can't have red meat any more my Cholesterol was 233 and my Tryglycerides was 323 thats over twice the max so i'm living on oatmeal, brown rice and chicken brests

mike, try eating this: broiled flounder with garlic, lemon juice and bread crumbs sprinkled on top. healthy, and very tasty.
