The Tejana woman near the fountain was supposed to be a sort of Molly Pitcher, as she risked her life to bring water to the Texians.

Nefarious Ned Huthmacher and Martin Vasquez, once again. Martin informed me that he no longer works at the IMAX Rivercenter Theater, but is now full-time at King's X, in the Menger Hotel.

Sorry that I have no photos of the capitulation, but I ran out of film.
The audience for the first (10:30 AM) show was scarcely over 20. However, by the 2nd (2:30 PM) performance, the crowd had swelled to around 125. Not bad, but nothing like the March 6th crowds on Alamo Plaza.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the photo journal of the battle.

Glad that you like them, Greg. But it was just like being the designated photographer for Christmas. You don't get to see what actually happened until the photos are developed. I remember one year I was so busy videotaping a family Christmas that I missed out celebrating it.

The same morning (12/08/2007) tha SALHA was putting on its reenactment of the battle of Bejar, a number of folks were paying tribute to Ben Milam, over in Milam Park.
