I didn't know what section to put this so here is as good as any. I don't know if the rest of you are surprised as me (perhaps you already knew about it) but there was an Alamo musical in San Antonio that premiered in 2000. I do not know much more then this... Liberty:The Siege of The Alamo, words and music by Bernard J. Taylor. The musical had its premiere in San Antonio in the year 2000 and had standing ovations at each performance. The studio recording features an international cast with Michael Berlet, Richard Warren, Richard Austin, Jeffrey Jones-Ragona, Matt Elizondo, other soloists and members of the Capital City Men's Chorus of Austin, Texaswww.bernardjtaylor.com/Liberty/Liberty.htmlAnyone have any information on this?

Actually, Frank Thompson has devoted three entire pages to LIBERTY! in his book, THE ALAMO: A Cultural History. Of all of Frank's Alamo books, this one remains my favorite and is a must for any serious Alamo collector.
