You must be really excited now, Greg.
If you happen by the Alamo Library, ask for Dr. Bruce Winders, the Alamo curator. He has an Alamo book for sale in the Alamo giftshop and may even sign it for you, if it is within your budget.
Have a great time. (And really do try and look up all these folks mentioned, if you have time. )
Meanwhile, Bromhead and myself will try and hold the fort, until your return with a gazillion photo memories.

is the alamo library and drt library the same thing or are they in separate buildings?
i will try to find dr. winders and maybe tell him about my site and ask him if i can leave the fliers somewhere there.
as for the photos, maybe i'll do a day by day shoot, starting with the plane ride. (i have extra batteries also packed, and my clothes arent even yet packed. gotta hurry!)

Sounds good, Greg. But don't be spending too much time on the computer, when there's adventures to be had out of doors!

just got back home after a 90 minute delay in the terminal, a 45 minute delay on the track, and another 45 minutes of holding pattern. this was an amazing 5 days, that can never be topped. i took 223 pics and right now i just want to relax and watch the rangers. tomorrow or maybe later tonight, i will start posting my alamo vacation photo album/journal.

I know you stopped at the Buckhorn Saloon Greg, because you posted some photos from there.
