Is Zatarains instant any good? I've seen that TV ad. I cannot vouch for it, though, as I've never tried it. Still, you might get the idea of what it's all about, if you do so yourself.

Hows the oatmeal/lipitor diet going for you Mike? I quit the oatmeal a few months ago, i just couldn't eat another spoonfull...I'm still taling the Lipitor and it has lowered my numbers alot.. to well below the high mark cept for the triglycerides which remain high.

After a big Thanksgiving dinner, have a morning after bowl of oatmeal to cleanse your system.
It's sort of like having a bowl of menudo to set you right, come New year's morn.
