The wife has told me that it's time to thin the herd because she's tired of looking at all my stuff. So i have some things i'm willing to part with.
If anybody is interested, I have a complete WWII USMC kit for sale. Perfect for living history or reenacting. It includes: 1. A reversible camo jacket.....size 46/48 repro Never worn (except to try it on) 2. Green HBT trousers......size 38/40 repro Never worn 3. Original leggings 4. 2 original aluminum canteens and covers 5. Cartridge belt....repro 6. Complete M1941 pack upper and lower with suspenders...repro but the suspenders are original 7. Original T handle shovel with original carrier..low hanger 8. A later dated helmet with a original "westinghouse" WWII liner and repro reversible cover 9. Original WWII OD green shelter half with 5 wooden pegs (original) 10. Mess kit with knife and fork. Mess kit dates to 1909 11. Original M1 Garand 10" bayonet and scabbard (attached)

if i had $700 bucks i would love to add that stuff to my collection. i dont think you'll get many big spender here, do you sell on ebay?

I thought of ebay but i need a credit card to sell there and i don't have one.. thats too bad becuase me and my dad sell cheap sports cards and still rake in almost one hundred a month and being that war items are and always will be hot sellers, your lot could go for a thousand.

I need to find somebody i trust with a sellers account. hopefully someone who lives near you has an account that will make it easy for you. i would offer my services but since we live 1000+ miles apart, it would be imossible. my ebay account is biggiantranger if you want to check it out.

I refigured the total cost to $500.00. If i went item by item, it would be way over $700.00.

I'm adding my complete Vietnam era uniform and web gear collection.
My Civil War Union Officers sam brown sword belt with holster, cap pouch, bullet pouch and Confederate officers sword...All repros.

How can you bear to part with this stuff? It must be like losing an old friend. Not really, I have so much stuff now that this lot won't even put a dent in the collection..I'm keeping my most treasured items. What i'm getting rid of is just "over flo".. ;D

The USMC outfit had been reduced in price to $300.00 but i had to remove the bayonet and shelter half.
My daughter has heart problems..

Sold the bagpipes and WWII items got $1400.00 for both and purchased an entire kit of the 24th reg of foot (Zulu) with the bagpipe funds and i'm going to get reloading equipment for my Martini Henry with the WWII fund and maybe some more british victorian militaria.
