I was just informed by my brother, John Huthmacher, that Hastings Nebraska, the birthplace of Kool-Aid, will be celebrating Kool-Aid Man's 30th Birthday this week! Yes, that's Kool-Aid Man, the humongous, dancing pitcher with the smily face! Brother John, a newspaper reporter in Hastings, will be covering the festivities all week. For all you Nebraskans---or merely fans of Kool-Aid in general--- here's a link to the week's events: www.kool-aiddays.com/schedule.html

I think i'm the only Nebraskan in the forum. I'll make a point to get some Kool-Aid and maybe mix it with some JW "Red Label".....well, maybe not.

How far from Hastings do you hail? Things of this magnitude do not just happen everyday, you know.

Well, Bromhead, so how were the Kool-Aid festivities? After such a build-up, we certainly hope that you made the effort to get to Hastings, this past weekend!
