I heard that Roger Patterson has admitted that his film is a hoax.. Really? Do elaborate, if you have any further info. |

I think most of these sighting of such things are hoaxes I mean has anyone ever seen a decent picture of these things, take our Loch Ness monster just a gimmick to attract more tourists In my opinion.

While browsing around the different Bigfoot sites, I ran across a photo of a Bigfoot sighting in the outskirts of Kingussie, Scotland!  Yeah, it's small and, of course, out of focus. |

After nearly forty years of secrecy, the truth behind the world-famous Roger Patterson Bigfoot film has been revealed. The man who actually wore the costume and played the role of Bigfoot in the film has been located and has made a full confession. Moreover, the husband and wife team who made and sold the Bigfoot costume that Patterson used to fake his movie have also confessed, and several other important eyewitnesses have come forth with corroborating evidence. In a new book, The Making of Bigfoot: The Inside Story (Prometheus Books, 2004), Seattle-based author Greg Long reveals details of the hoax, the result of a six-year investigation which also clandestinely involved author Kal Korff. |

While browsing around the different Bigfoot sites, I ran across a photo of a Bigfoot sighting in the outskirts of Kingussie, Scotland! Yeah, it's small and, of course, out of focus. Welcome guest! Why dont you register and become a part of the site! As for that picture, it it a photo-shopped image of the bigfoot footage from above added to a background. |

Roger Patterson`s Bigfoot is a female weighing aproximately 800 pds.! :o Books on the Bigfoot are a dime a dozen including that one! Its the same point counter point with UFO`s,Aliens,Ghosts and the like! There are good ones and then there are the schitty ones! ;D

By the way guys Rosemary Ellen Guilley will be on the "Coast to Coast" radio show tonight at 1:00 am central time discussing "Shadow People" and "Haunting Phenomena"! :o
Halloween nite the show will be called "Ghost to Ghost" and people/folks will call in sharing their scariest stories! I have heard this show previous years and its very cool to listen to!...1:00 am wednesday night Central time!
October 31`st at 8:00 pm Central time will be "Ghost Busters Live" and then at 9:00 pm Central time the premiere of "Monster Quest" on the History channel.......check it out Halloween night! :o

Incredible that people are so gullible. You can get them to believe in almost anything whether it´s Bigfoot, Nessie, the Yeti, various urban legends, conspiracy theories, homespun religions or Santa Claus. I guess it´s because they WANT to believe...

Is it because I have an interest in Bigfoot,Alien and some flying saucer stories! Whats with the use of the phrase "so gullible" as put forth by you? No one got me to believe anything as such, I read it on my own, be very carefull with your wording because it covers some other folks here too!

I should be more careful with my wording. I was´nt trying to insult you or anybody else! I did´nt quite realize that some of you take this stuff seriously. My remarks was just meant as a comment to the Patterson film being exposed as a hoax. However, I should have stated my opinion on the matter more carefully. As it reads now, it sounds like a put-down of others. That was´nt my intent! I apologize for that! I can easily understand that books about cryptozoology are interesting to read, but speaking for myself I do have a problem believing that creatures like Bigfoot really exists. But calling people who do believe in it gullible is of course out of order. It was a flippant remark. Especially since I myself believe it´s quite possible that there could exist intelligent life in other solar systems. Some people would call that gullible and maybe it is. Anyway, I was´nt trying to hurt anybody´s feelings! I´ll try and be more careful with my wording in the future... |

This should`nt confuse you Seguin! Your first answer back was enough till you put in the phrase " I did not quite realize that some of you take this seriously".....Do I visit the Himalayas and the Pacific Northwest to camp out and trek,photograph,film,videotape,capture do TV shows and radio spots and write books and magazine articles on the Bigfoot and Yeti/Abdominable snowman and any other creature of this type.......No, plain and simple that is "taking it seriously"!
I listen to some radio shows and watch some TV programs and the Internet when the subject is on, be it Bigfoot,UFOs,Aliens,Crop circles,Ghosts and some conspiracy theories and is that taking it seriously......No!
