Ima tryan, but no turkey it's home made Italian meat and cheese ravioli with "REAL" Italian sausage (hot), garlic bread, Sam Adams beer...i'm hungry..........

Well, I'm not a real Italian, but I like to make garlic bread. First, I hand-mince an entire head of garlic---reckon that's about ten cloves---then mix it in a stick of melted butter. Next, I halve a loaf of sourdough and spread the mixture evenly on each half. Then I pop it into the oven on broil and watch it until the garlic pieces turn brown. Then, it's done.
What's your secret recipe?

What's your secret recipe? Both sound great! Nef you have my address, next time you make that Garlic Bread, send me a piece!  Very similar but we use Italian bread.

By the time it got there, it would probably have the consistency of hardtack.
I've tried hardtack a few times. Great for busting your teeth.
