Please ignore the annoying banner advertisements at the top of each page. It seems the stuff being showcased has gotten more an more annoying of late. Please know that they were not chosen by this site or have anything to do with Alamo Central. Be it known that I am NOT supporting Barrack Obama and I wish proboards would stop the political advertising.

Obama is gone, but now we've got this "Naughty, or Nice" singles dating service banner ad. Can anything be done about it?

As long as I don't pay for the board, I get the advertisements they give me. If I want, I could purchase "Add-Free" which is exactly what it says.

I don´t see any banner ads right now but I have often seen them. Do they only pop up now and then? What does it cost to have an ad-free site?

Well, I guess that being 'ad free' certainly adds up, after a while.  Just leave the ads alone, unless they become pornographic. Still, what must the owners be thinking of, having a "Naughty, or Nice" dating service banner on websites that are frequented by minors? |

Its all about the money Nef. If a porn site offered up big bucks for the space, I'm sure they wouldn't say no.

The banner ads seem to be popping up less frequently now. (And they also seem to be less annoying. Let's hope this keeps up.)

Well, at least the banner headline ads have improved somewhat. Instead of inviting us to date NAUGHTY OR NICE girls, they are now suggesting that we meet GOOD CHRISTIAN GIRLS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. ;D  |
