Who will be in Bejar for High Holy Days, 2008? I for one, will.

Aside from the March 6th dawn ceremonies on Alamo Plaza, the week will feature Joan Headley's annual Party, a possible visit to Brackettville and the ALAMO SOCIETY's symposium, dedicated this year to the 20th anniversary of ALAMO: The Price Of Freedom.

"Remembering the Alamo" Weekend
March 08 to March 09
Saturday & Sunday, March 8, (10:00AM - 5:00PM) & March 9, (12:00AM -5:00PM) 2008. For God and Texas; Dios y Libertad - FREE in Alamo Plaza. This event is a dramatization of the events concening the final two days(March 5 and 6, 1836) of the 13 day Alamo siege by General Santa Anna's Army of Operations, played out in Alamo Plaza. And, a special added vignette, the arrival of the Gonzales Thirty-two.

Well, iffin' I'm the site's unofficial photographer, then Ned, you've gotta be its official photog. You've shot hundreds and hundreds more Alamo-related photos than I have.

Thank god you shoot 'em and collect 'em. And post 'em.

I hope to make it to Bexar for HHD 2008, but that'll depend on what my stockbroker and bank acount tell me.
