It's in Milam Park, about two blocks west of the San Fernando Cathedral. Ben Milam's body had originally been buried in front of the Verimendi Palace, where he had fallen. When the Palace was torn down however, the remains were reburied in Milam Park beneath the monument. In the previous photo, folks are paying their respects to Milam near the anniversary of his death.
