Any more journal entries, Greg? If not, best get to jotting down your memories while they are still relatively fresh. You'd be surprised to find out how much you can forget, or else get mixed up, as the years go by. Anyway, I'm glad that I kept all my notes.

Glad that you took copious notes for your memoir. It will make for a good read someday. Meanwhile, priorities first, of course.

Do you have all of your photos in an album by now, Greg? Don't forget to caption them. You won't believe how easy it is to forget the signifacence of a photo after a few years have gone by.
It's frustrating to have folks who are looking through your photo album exclaim, "Who's that standing next to you," and all you can reply is, "I've no idea."

My Mom actually got the photos into the album and I wrote up some captions. We went to a scrapbooking store and found a package of Texas stickers. Included were the Alamo church, a cactus, map of Texas, and a tumbleweed among other various objects. It made a nice touch for the cover of the album.
