Actually, that chunk has been missing for well over a year...I'm the one who spotted it on my pre-opening walkaround that morning. So, do you think it was taken, or just fell off, or what?

So, do you think it was taken, or just fell off, or what? I don't rightly know; it was in the state shown when I found it, with no rubble nearby. The missing chunk is from where they last concreted the windowsills about a decade ago, so it's not too aggravating.
