Happy President's Day. Greg, will you be getting the day off from school?
Before there was a "President's Day", we used to get off both Abraham Lincoln's birthday (February 12) and Washington's birthday (February 22). However, in 1983, when Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday (January 15) was declared a national holiday, they took away Lincoln's birthday and lumped him together with Washington.
