I want to know your favorite cult classic movie. I'm talking about a film that did not exactly fair so well at the box office, but you love to watch it over and over again for whatever reason. As examples: Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Wicker Man, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Plan 9 from Outer Space, etc...
My personal favorite is The Wicker Man. The cast included Christopher Lee, who said "Lord Summerisle" was his favorite role because it had the best lines that he ever spoke in a film.
C'mon! Confess!

Does "The History of the World Part 1" count as a cult classic? Why not. How about "Island in the Sky" with John Wayne, can that count as a cult classic too?

Evil Roy Slade, 2006Run out and rent/buy this 1970's John Astin Classic! it is a crack-up! ;D I was 14, but I don't remember this show at all. I always like John Astin ever since The Addams Family. Bonanza used to feature a comedy episode or two each season and he appeared as an old sea captain that befreinded Li'l Joe while hunting for buried treasure in Nevada. His son, "Samwise" of LOTR and RUDY!, has a good comic style, too. He shows up in cameos in small independent films as some comic foil sometimes.

"Night of the Living Dead"1968! ;D I went with 2 friends when it opened at the theater on Hurlburt Air Force in 68 while we were in the 6`th grade! We had the sheet scared out of us watching that movie! The bad part was we had to walk about 1 mile home in the dark, running about half the time pulling on each other`s shirts tryin to pass each other after a volkswagon beetle stopped and several airmen got out and walked like zombies! I bet we set an olympic record running home and screaming along the way! Did we get our money`s worth ,you betcha.....15 cents for admission! TED COLE....aka....Cole_blooded
