I was just informed by Bill Chemerka of the Alamo Society that ONE DOMINGO MORNING: The Story of Alamo Joe is now available at the IMAX Rivercener Theatre Gift Shop, near the Alamo.

For those of you in the East San Gabriel Valley Area, ONE DOMINGO MORNING is still available at the COVINA BOOK STORE, located in beautiful Downtown Covina at 234 N. Citrus Avenue, Covina, CA 91723 (626)966-7434 For the trivia-minded, Downtown Covina doubled for Roswell, New Mexico in the television series, ROSWELL.

It does look a bit like Roswell's main drag, but they need to lose those hills in the background. Rick

Yes, about 25 miles east of L.A.. (Nine miles west of Pomona, where the L.A. County Fair---the largest county fair in the nation---is going on right now.) Did you leave a message in my guestbook?

As shown in this Gary Zaboly painting, Joe was far from the shrinking, "Soy Negro, no desparo" sort of fellow THE ALAMO (2004) made him out to be.
