Nef If you look at the last two photos of the arch on the one second from the bottom you can see the walkway/cycleway on the level the lit part is the arch when the bridge opens the lit part moves downward and the walkway upwards. The reason i asked is i have been reading H. G. Wells The war of the worlds and it takes place mostly in and around Leatherhead Also London and Primrose Hill. I was just curious. Thanks
