As the extras were warned time and again that the tailgates of the trucks on the set were not for sitting, some wise guy set up one of the dummies on a tailgate with a bottle of Gatorade in its hand.

A wrangler, astride Dennis Quaid's stunt horse, leads the close-up horse on a canter. (The black stunt horse had been spray-painted white.)

Was it you who led Mrs. Dickinson away from Houston's tent near the start of the film Ned? Seem to remember something about it in one of your postings on the Alamo film Forum, But I could be wrong, as usual!

Sad to see what the set's become, though not unexpected. I particularly like the second photo: nice compression effect with the zoom lens.
Glad I got to visit the set when it was still relatively intact. If I went there now I'd probably just get depressed.
