Hay, I discovered the sport of "Airsoft Gaming". I didn't know how popular it was here in the USA. Since Civil War reencacting here (Central Nebraska) is not too popular, or any other reenacting for that matter. Airsoft seems to be a different story.

Airsoft gaming is a tactical senario game. (almost like paint ball) The players dress up in modern military uniforms, set up teams and fight it out using a pre set senario rules. The weapons are very realistic military BB guns that shoot 6mm plastic bb's at about 350 to 400 fps These are two different types of airsoft weapons. Here is a link to "Airsoft Extreme" store. It will explaing everything you need to know and then some....enjoy airsoftextreme.com/store.html

cool. ive played paintball but never this. i saw something like this on the history channel, and it is used to train soldiers for battle. Exactly, The sport originated in Japan, then moved to Hong Kong, Philippines and the UK.(these countrys ban the private ownership of ANY firearm) It only recently took hold here in the US. Except for the weapons, it is pretty cheap to gather up the gear you need. So far i have invested about $150.00 and have all that i need to play.. One of the "Interceptor vest's" i bought. The same vest as our troops now use.
